Our dry-aged water buffalo slow roasting joints are for those of you looking for a tender and delicious slow Sunday roast option.

We have three different cuts available in a selection of sizes.

Bread and butter - also known as leg of mutton cut is from the shoulder of the animal. It is best cooked low and slow.

Brisket - it is a cut that comes from the breast of the animal and has incredible fat coverage perfect for smoking or slow roasting for hours.

Rolled chuck - this joint is well marbled and is best cooked low and slow in the oven or a slow cooker.

All of our dry aged buffalo joints are perfect for slow roasting or smoking.
