Delicious grass-fed and dry aged water buffalo topside or silverside joint - tender and tasty - a healthier option for your sunday roasting joint.

Buffalo topside is a lean and flavourful cut of meat taken from the hindquarter of a buffalo. This cut is well suited for roasting. Our water buffalo meat is also prized for being high in protein and low in fat compared to beef.

Buffalo silverside is also a leaner cut taken from the hindquarter of a buffalo. Silverside is often used for salt buffalo, pot roasts or slow cooked dishes where the meat becomes very tender.
