Orders placed on a Monday from 10am - Thursday 10am - will be despatched on Thursday and will be delivered Pre 12pm Friday (Where a pre 12pm service is available)

Orders placed Thursday from 10am -Monday 10am will be despatched Monday and will be delivered pre 12pm on Tuesday (Where a pre 12pm service is available) Please note that if your despatch day falls on a Bank holiday Monday your order will be sent Tuesday to be delivered Wednesday

Refunds cannot be processed once despatched

Delivery is DPD overnight courier for delivery pre 12pm the following day where possible , in thermal boxes with ice packs.

If there is a delay to the delivery with DPD - please contact us on the day to advise
