DELIVERY COSTS

OUR ONLINE SHOP IS NOW UP AND RUNNING

PLEASE USE THE SHOP HEADER TO NAVIGATE TO OUR PRODUCTS AND PLACE AN ORDER

Orders are couriered via 24hour overnight chilled delivery, and booked for pre 12pm where possible. Please note that this is not always possible if you are located in Scotland - please check with the shop before placing your order.

We use fully recyclable paper/card, environmental fleece lined box or foil lined boxes, with chill icepacks to keep produce fresh for up to 48hrs.

Please note - Our aim is to send all produce fresh, but on occasions we may have to supply frozen. Any produce sent frozen (most likely burgers or sausages) may begin to defrost in transit and subsequently cannot be re frozen. Please consume within 3 days. We will endeavour to package thoroughly to avoid defrosting (although this cannot be guaranteed), but will advise in advance if frozen will be sent.

The minimum spend on online orders is £40 - for orders under this amount please contact the shop directly -

Order under £40, P&P £16.50 approx dependant on weight - Order Direct with shop

Orders £40 and over, P&P £10 - please order online where possible.

Delivery is to UK mainland only

DISPATCH & DELIVERY DAYS

Milk Packages are sent Mondays and Thursdays for delivery to yourself the following day pre 12pm. If you place your order after 10am Monday to 10am Thursday your order will be dispatched Thursday , If you place your order after 10am Thursday to 10am Monday your order will be dispatched Monday. (if your Milk order includes meat or other items your order will be dispatched on the relevant Milk courier day as mentioned above)

All Other Orders are sent on a Wednesday for a Thursday delivery (unless they include milk - then they will be sent on the milk courier days as per the details above).

Any orders received after 12pm Tuesday, will not be guaranteed to be sent the following day but we will endeavour to do our best - and confirm back to you when your order will be sent.
